Republic of Türkiye Rural Development Supports The Decision on Supporting Young Farmers Projects” was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.
Grants of up to 30 thousand TL will be paid to projects for the production of herbal, animal, local agricultural products and medicinal and aromatic plants to be implemented by young farmers living in rural areas.
The projects that can be organized by young farmers between the ages of 18-40 and living in rural settlements with a resident population of less than 20,000 are divided into 3 categories:
1. Projects for herbal production
2. Animal production projects,
3. Projects for the production, processing, storage and packaging of local agricultural products, medicinal and aromatic plants
The organizers of these projects will be able to benefit from the grant given with the program only once. Those who benefit from the grants to be given with a service commission at the rate of %0,2 will not be able to benefit from the similar grants provided by the ministry for these projects.
